Aparthotel Hotetur Montemar is attractively situated on a green slope some 700 meters from the sea and a sandy beach, and 500 meters from the little village of Cala Llonga. Montemar is unique in several ways, located as it is among luxuriant flowers and sheltering foliage where no noise from the road traffic or discotheques can intrude. Swim in the outdoor fresh water swimming pool, play a game of tennis or volleyball or just relax in the sun! A fitness center, sauna and Jacuzzi are available for use on site but require an additional fee. Some other conveniences include complimentary parking, mini market, car rental and laundry facilities.
**Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional adult will be charged an extra person fee of 10 Euros per night (ages 13 and up) to be paid at check in.**
**All bookings in July require a three-night minimum stay and all bookings in August require a five-night minimum stay.**
